Order in Council 406/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Karlene Hussey was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective January 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1552/2015;

And

whereas Karlene Hussey tendered her resignation effective March 30, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1552/2015 be revoked effective March 30, 2020.
