An Act to Amend

An Act to Incorporate the New Brunswick Registered Barbers’ Association APPEARING ON BEHALF OF PROPONENTS: Mr. Blaine Harris, Registrar of the New Brunswick Registered Barbers’ Association & Parliamentary Agent for the purpose of this application. BACKGROUND: An application for private legislation was filed on November 25, 2014. The Bill was introduced in the House for first reading on April 28, 2015, and subsequently referred to the Standing Committee on Private Bills.

OBJECTIVE OF THE BILL: The nature and object of the Bill is to maintain, advance and regulate the standard of professional barbering being carried on in New Brunswick and to provide for the welfare of members of the public. Attachment: Bill 23
