Order in Council 1722/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Medical Laboratory Technology Act, 1991 , Tammie Rix of Mississauga be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 20, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
