OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated September 15, 2005, pursuant to
Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act, and to
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective September 19, 2005, to revoke the appointment of the Honourable Michael G. Baker, Q.C., as Acting Minister of Transportation and Public Works, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2005-319 dated July 21, 2005.
