OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated January 14, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to reappoint Stephen Healy of Kentville, County of Kings, and appoint Carol Versteeg of Milford Station, County of Hants, and Janice Lutz of Berwick, County of Kings, as members of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Foundation, for a term of office of three years commencing on and after February 25, 2009.
