OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 18, 2002, and pursuant to subsection 44.1(1)(
h) of
Chapter Y-1 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, the Young Offenders Act, is pleased to order that Mary Ann Campbell is a person designated to have access to records referred to in subsection 44.1(1)(
h) of the Young Offenders Act for a period of eighteen months from the date of this Order.
