OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Environment dated February 2, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 36 of
Chapter 44 of the Acts of 201l, the Safe Body Art Act , and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 44 of the Acts of 2011, the Safe Body Art Act , except
Section 35, do come into force on and not before February 1, 2019.
