CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Credit Union Act (Assented to May 11, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Credit Union Amendment Act, 1983. Rev. Stat. c.C-45 The Credit Union Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. New

section 107.1 The following

section is added after

section 107: Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation “107.1 The board may use the name ‘Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation’ and that name, when used, has the same legal effect and meaning as ‘Credit Union Mutual Aid Board’”. New

section 111.1 The following

section is added after

section 111: Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Fund “111.1 The fund may be called ‘Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Fund’ and that name, when used, has the same legal effect and meaning as ‘Credit Union Mutual Aid Fund’’’. UNEDITED REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
