Order in Council 2008/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) and (4) of the Electricity Act, 1998 ,

Scott Thompson, Public Servant, of Pickering, Ontario

is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation ( OEFC ), and re-designated Chair of the OEFC Board, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of October 22, 2017.
