Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act , is pleased to re-appoint Patrick L. Casey, Q.C., of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a term of one (1) year effective on and after November 14, 2017.
