OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated April 19, 2002, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 27, 28 and 29 of
Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, is pleased to convey to John Ross of Salt Lake City, Utah and David Ross of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as Executors of the Estate of Frank Ross, the lands described in
Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, acquired by Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia by reason of the dissolution of Tyrone Realties Limited, a dissolved corporation, and to authorize the Attorney General to make and execute such documents as he deems necessary to effect the aforementioned conveyance, upon payment of the sum of $850.00 being the fee for services by the Department of Justice in respect of the application.
