OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 28, 1998, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and (4) and
Section 7 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Robert A. Robertson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be a part-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board for a further term of office commencing January 1, 1998, and ending April 30, 1998; and (
b) determine that the remuneration to be paid to Robert A. Robertson be at the rate of $75.00 per hour for his services as a part-time member of the Board.
