OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 18, 2001, pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act, is pleased, effective January 22, 2001, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of James G. Spurr of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Clerk of the Executive Council, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-777, dated December 18, 1997; and (
b) appoint Alison Wynne Scott of Halifax Regional Municipality, as Clerk of the Executive Council.
