Order in Council 432/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1979/88, dated August 11, 1988, Dr. Gregory R. Cooper was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Gregory R. Cooper has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario effective March 4, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1979/88, dated August 11, 1988, appointing Dr. Gregory R. Cooper as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
