Order in Council 969/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sandra Starr of East Garafraxa, appointed by Order in Council numbered O.C. 106/2024 as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Health Unit, has resigned from her appointment effective May 7, 2025;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, O.C. 106/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
