i) who has not previously owned residential property in Manitoba, (ii) whose spouse or common-law partner, if any, has not previously owned residential property in Manitoba, and 2(1) Il est ajouté, après l'alinéa 114(1)c), ce qui suit : c.1) le transfert d'un bien résidentiel lorsque le bénéficiaire du transfert est un particulier : (
