OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 25, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective November 1, 2016: (

a) assign supervision, direction and control of all affairs and matters pertaining to Nova Scotia Lands Inc., Harbourside Commercial Park Inc., Sydney Utilities Limited, Port Mersey Commercial Park Inc., and Sydney Steel Corporation to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal or the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal as the case may be; and (

b) assign supervision, direction and control of all affairs and matters pertaining to environmental services for the Government of the Province and the superintendence and management of all buildings and property, including leasing and licensing activities and building maintenance and services, belonging to or under the control of the Government of the Province to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal or the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, as the case may be.
