OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 20, 2000, and pursuant to clause 7(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the lease of land at Bush Island, Lunenburg County, for a term of five (5) years at the full term rent of $1,800.00, with the option to renew the lease for an additional five (5) years, from Darrell Hutchinson and Francis Hutchinson, their executors, administrators, heirs or successors in title, the subject land being shown outlined in red and labeled Parcel "A" and Parcel "B" on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
