OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Addictions and Mental Health dated March 10, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Muhammed Asrath Paro Thodukayil of Halifax Regional Municipality as a lay member of the Review Board, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-177 dated May 21, 2024, effective April 8, 2025.
