OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 14, 2018, pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land at Country Harbour Mines, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia (currently identified as PIDs 35226000 and 35030444) shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Thomas F. Hayne Contracting Limited, or its approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $250,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Thomas F. Hayne Contracting Limited, or its approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
