OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 4, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2001, the Scalers Act, is pleased, on and after October 30, 2007, to (

a) repeal the Scaling Regulations, N.S. Reg. 93/87, made and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 87-521 dated April 28, 1987; and (

b) make new regulations respecting the scaling of primary wood products in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
