OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated November 17, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , in relation to the COVID-19 Stream of the ICIP Program is pleased to approve in-year spending authority of up to $20 million in capital for the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and up to $15 million in operating for the Department of Health and Wellness for the purpose of providing the Provincial contribution for COVID-19 stream projects.
