Order in Council 1139/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , Thomas Hodgins of Whitby be reappointed a full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
