OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated September 1, 1998, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 432 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Social Assistance Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting municipal assistance made by Order in Council 81-665, dated May 19, 1981, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after July 1, 1998.
