OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated August 18, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to, effective April 1, 2008: (

a) revoke approval of the Management Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2007-469 dated August 31, 2007; (

b) approve the Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

c) revoke approval of the Administrative Support Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2007-469 dated August 31, 2007; (

d) approve the Administrative Support Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "II" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

e) revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2007-469 dated August 31, 2007; and (

f) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "III" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
