AN ACT TO REPEAL THE HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS ACT (Assented to J 1978) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent 'Of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Health Insurance Premiums Act is repealed. 2. This Act comes into £orce on a date to be fixed by Proclam ation which shall be conditional upon and not earlier than the effective date of an appropriation by the Legislature of money t'O the purposes set out in The Alberta Health Care Insurance Act to replace money previously collected under The Health Insurance Premiums Act.
