Order in Council 1148/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Brian Lefton was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 241/2022;

And

whereas Brian Lefton tendered his resignation effective June 7, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 241/2022 be revoked effective June 7, 2022.
