Order in Council 91/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(4) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002 ,

Andrew MacLeod, of Kitchener, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a term not exceeding two years from the effective date of this Order in Council.
