Order in Council 625/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024

June 6, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024 , c. 28, which amends the Justices of the Peace Act , comes into force:

Schedule 12, s. 1.
