Order in Council 134/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jonelle Van Delft was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term ending February 17, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 822/2020;

And

whereas Jonelle Van Delft tendered her resignation effective January 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 822/2020 be revoked effective January 1, 2024.
