An Act to Amend the Political Process Financing Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 The heading “THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING” preceding

section 84.1 of th e Political Process Financ- ing Act,

chapter P-9.3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1978, is repealed. 2

Section 84.1 of the Act is repealed. 3

Section 84.15 of the Act is repealed. 4

Section 84.2 of the Act is repealed. 5

Section 84.3 of the Act is repealed. 6

Section 84.35 of the Act is repealed. 7

Section 84.4 of the Act is repealed. 8

Section 84.5 of the Act is repealed. 9

Section 84.6 of the Act is repealed. 10

Section 84.7 of the Act is repealed. 11

Section 84.8 of the Act is repealed. 12

Section 84.9 of the Act is repealed. 13

a) by repealing subsection (4); (
