Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Regulation 721/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point on the shoreline of Burin Inlet, that point being at UTM grid co-ordinate 636 380 metres east, 5 214 090 metres north;

Then running north 77 west 2,100 metres, more or less;

Then running north 1 15' west 4,350 metres, more or less;

Then running south 50 east 1,550 metres, more or less;

Then running south 31 east 1,150 metres, more or less, to the point on the shoreline at UTM grid co-ordinate 636 000 metres east, 5 216 950 metres north;

Then following the shoreline by way of Lewin's Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to UTM grid and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 Map 1 M/3, edition 3, 1988.
