Order in Council 347/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of

section 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C. 49, Lindsay Karla Bandini of Mississauga, Ontario, be appointed pointed as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney in and for the Province of Ontario.
