Order in Council 476/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 ,

Vikram Khurana, of Richmond Hill

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective July 9, 2023;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008 , he be reappointed as a member of Venture Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective July 9, 2023.
