OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 23, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 25J of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective February 23, 2021, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2013-362 dated October 22, 2013; and (
b) assign responsibility for the Office of Immigration & Population Growth to the Honourable Lena Metlege Diab Q.C., a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Immigration & Population Growth.
