OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 23, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed four million four hundred thirty six thousand nine hundred dollars ($4,436,900) to the Nova Scotia Health Authority to contribute to the funding of the relocation and renovations at the Chemotherapy Preparation Laboratory, effective on and after February 13, 2019.
