Order in Council 499/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

the French version of O.C. 193/2022 dated February 3, 2022, establishing the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee, is amended by striking out “Comité consultatif des avantages sociaux transférables” in paragraph 1 and substituting “Comité consultatif de la transférabilité des avantages sociaux”;

the French version of O.C. 194/2022 dated February 3, 2022, establishing the remuneration for members of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee, is amended by striking out “Comité consultatif des avantages sociaux transférables” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Comité consultatif de la transférabilité des avantages sociaux.”
