On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 102 (2) of the Drainage Act , as amended,
Valerie M’Garry of Delaware
be appointed as an acting referee for the purposes of this Act for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
