B.C. Reg. 413/2004, deposited September 10, 2004, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 880/2004, approved and ordered September 9, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulations, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 Item 1 of

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended

(

a) in Column 2 by repealing paragraph (n.1),

(

b) in Column 2 by adding the following paragraph under the heading "Every provision of the following enactments:" :

(n.1) Passenger Transportation Act , and

(

c) in Column 3 by striking out "Sections 56 (3) and 57 (2) (a), (b), (c) (

i) and (ii), (d), (e), (f), (g), (

h) and (

j) of the Passenger Transportation Act ".

2 Item 2 of

Schedule 1 is amended

(

a) in Column 1 by repealing paragraph (b.1), and

(

b) in Column 3 by striking out "Sections 56 (3) and 57 (2) (a), (b), (c) (

i) and (ii), (d), (e), (f), (g), (

h) and (

j) of the Passenger Transportation Act ".

3 Column 2 of Item 30 of

Schedule 1 is repealed and the following substituted:

Sections 56 (3) and 57 (2) (a), (b), (c) (

i) and (ii), (d), (e), (f), (g), (

h) and (

j) of the Passenger Transportation Act .
