OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 2, 2025, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a grant for the disposition of Crown lands currently identified as PID 41556093 containing 4 hectares (10 acres) located in Williamswood, Halifax County, and shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Halifax Regional Municipality, or its approved successors or assigns, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of the Order.
