Order in Council 182/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Normand Allaire of Whitby, appointed by O.C. 1449/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective December 19, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Medicine Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1449/2022 be revoked.
