Order in Council 415/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of O. Reg. 279/99 made under the Development Corporations Act , Order in Council numbered O.C. 157/2023 dated February 09, 2023 reappointing Patricia Perez of Maple as member and redesignating her as chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation, be revoked effective March 31, 2023.
