OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated January 19, 2001, pursuant to
Section 27 and subsection 87(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and a portion of
Section 2 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 2000, the Appropriations Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to enter into the Canadian Farm Income Program Agreement substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
