Order in Council 1509/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

Section 23 of the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 , the appointment as a member of the Ontario Parks Board of Directors of Nigel Scott Ashton by Order in Council 595/2023 dated May 04, 2023 is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
