OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 7, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to Stephen Alan Hartley, c/o Mark A. McDonald, Barrister and Solicitor, 725 Carnarvon Street, New Westminster, British Columbia V3M 1E6, the sum of Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Sixty-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Eight Cents ($2,768.28) held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, together with interest at the rate of prime less 3.5% from December 5, 2000, to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest, all respecting the estate of Marianne Gerarda Hartley.
