CHAPTER

An Act to provide for the Postponement of the Tabling of Certain Documents (Assented to December 19, 1984) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Tabling of Documents (Postponement) Act, 1984. Tabling of documents postponed Every provision in any Act pursuant to which any document is required to be laid before or submitted to the Legislative Assembly after the commencement of the 1984-85 session is hereby suspended in operation and is deemed to require that the document be laid before or submitted to the Legislative Assembly within 45 days after the session commenced.
