OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Civil Service Act dated September 25, 1998, pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective November 1, 1998, revoke approval of the Administrative Support Classification and Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 91-33, dated January 15, 1991; (

b) approve the Administrative Support Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from November 1, 1998 to March 31, 1999; and (

c) approve the Administrative Support Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "II" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 1999.
