Order in Council 819/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Terence Hunter of Hillsdale be reappointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a period effective June 22, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
