On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to
section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Terrance Richard Bender of Baltimore be further reappointed as a member of the Township of Hamilton Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed one year effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
