Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1993, the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act , is pleased to nominate Glen Rankin of Colchester County for appointment as a member representing Nova Scotia to the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission, for a term of office as determined by the Council of Atlantic Premiers.
